Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Classes or workshops cancelled by us

A class or workshop may be cancelled by the instructor due to insufficient registration. Students are notified by email or phone. When a course or workshop is cancelled, registrants receive a full refund.

Online registration requires a 50% course or workshop deposit, with the balance paid at the first class or workshop.

Student emergencies before class begins

If an emergency or illness prevents attendance before a class begins and you notify the studio, you may receive a refund less a $30 cancellation fee, keep it as credit for a future class and join the advance registration list, or transfer it to a person of your choice.

After a class has started

There are no general make-up classes. If another session of the same class is running at another day or time and there is room, one class may be replaced or made up. Multiple absences or missed classes cannot be accommodated.
