Cancellation and Wait-list Policy.

Weekly classes

Enrollment is first-come-first-served. Current students are given the first opportunity for a seat in the next session. If a current student is not returning, that spot is offered to a new student from the wait-list.

If you are on the wait-list and offered an opening by email, you have 48 hours to respond and provide the course deposit to secure your spot, with no exceptions.

Cancellations are accepted only up to 10 days before the beginning of class. If cancellation is less than ten days prior to the start, there is a 25% cancellation fee. Exceptions may be noted in individual course descriptions.

There are no make-up classes. Please consider your schedule when registering. If a student cannot attend during their registration period due to unforeseen circumstances, those classes are counted as absences.

Single day weekend workshops

Course deposit must be made 10 days before the workshop. No cancellations or refunds are accepted, but you may have someone else take your place or take the course if it is offered at a future date as a course credit.
